    30 days Return & Exchange

     

     

    1. Request for the returned or exchanged items:

    a. Items received within 30 days from the shipping date;
    b. Items received unused(without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition;
    c. Tights, socks, jewelry, swimsuits, sunglasses, accessories and final sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged;

     

     

    2. How to return an item


    a. Let Voguec Customer Service know what items you would like to send back and the reasons for your return, in the following 2 ways:
        i. Send an email to
    service@voguec.com .
        ii. Click the "Return & Exchange" button in your Voguec account to submit a ticket

    b. Ask for a RMA number (Return Material Authorization) from Voguec
        i. RMA number can help you to avoid the export custom taxes
        ii. RMA number is given by Voguec's Customer Service Team
        iii. RMA number has no expiration

    c. Return Address
        i. Return address will be provided by Voguec's Customer Service Team, together with a RMA number, via email.
        ii. The return address is located in China

    d. Using the Return Form in your package
        i. What do you need to fill in?
        (1). Order number
        (2). Product Name or Model number of the items you would like to return
        (3). Reasons for your return (Just mark one of the provided reasons)
        (4). RMA number, provided by Voguec Customer Service
        (5). If lost it, you can go to our website to download the form
        ii. Put the return form inside the return package.

    e. Declare the value of the package: $5.00

    f. Send a picture of the return receipt to Voguec at
    service@voguec.com

     

     

     

    3.The following information is required when you reflect the problem:

    *Order number
    *The item’s SKU number
    *Image of defective beads.

    4. Return shipping fee

    If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase from voguec.com.  Can return your refund within 30 days from the shipping date .In general, you are responsible for the return shipping fee, unless there was an error on Voguec's part (such as incorrect item, size, or color), we will take care of the return shipping fee, or provide you with an alternative solution.   

     

     

    5. I want to exchange my purchase! What do I do?

    Exchange is welcome if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your merchandise with your purchase within 30 days from the shipping date of purchase. But you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own.

     

     

    6. Refunds (General Information)


    a. Returned items are subject to verification of error by our QC team. We will do this once we've received the item you've returned.
    b. Voguec will complete the refund in 7 days after receiving your returns and verification. service@voguec.com will send you an email to inform you that Voguec has received your returns. 7 days later, you will get a confirmation email from PayPal regarding your refund.

     

     

     

    Cancellation

     

    Your order begins processing immediately after you click "Place Your Order" on the "Confirm and Submit" page. The processing time is about 3-5 days, during this time we can cancel your order but after we send the package away, we cannot cancel it for you.
